About Schalk
After graduating with a degree in business and marketing, I moved into real estate and now work alongside my brother in the Cape Winelands market we grew up in. I help owners, buyers, and investors with residential and commercial property, using a structured, marketing-led approach to position each listing correctly and reach the right buyers.
My work focuses on clear communication, strong presentation, and a well-managed sales process from valuation through to transfer. I operate with Team Shepherd at eXp Realty, which gives my clients access to proven tools, broad network reach, and modern property marketing, while the service remains personal and hands-on.
